Accredited providers are looking beyond participation to understand what learning actually changes. The 2025 data show strong attention to educational outcomes, especially at the knowledge and competence levels:

Outcomes Measured in 2025:
✔️ 74% of activities measured learner knowledge
✔️ 95% measured learner competence
✔️ 39% measured learner performance
✔️ 12% measured patient health
✔️ 7% measured community or population health

These findings also point to an important opportunity. Measuring performance, patient health, and community health is more complex. It often requires longitudinal data, practice-based measurement, institutional partnerships, and data systems beyond the education activity itself.

Burnout isn’t a resilience problem. It’s a systems problem. 💚

Workload, workflow, and culture all shape clinician well-being, and clinician well-being shapes patient care. On this , we’re supporting accredited CE that equips teams and leaders to build environments where physicians and health professionals can not just cope, but thrive.
