Tight calf muscles can limit ankle mobility and make everyday movements like walking, squatting, and climbing stairs feel more restricted.

This simple towel-assisted gastrocnemius stretch helps lengthen the calf muscles and improve flexibility around the ankle. Hold for 20–30 seconds and repeat 2–4 times, keeping the knee straight and pulling gently until you feel a comfortable stretch.
