Hello Angels 🪽Somewhere between your first breath and your final Savasana, something begins to soften.
The mind grows quieter.
The heart becomes lighter.
The soul remembers.
The ancient yogis taught that yoga is not about touching your toes—it is about returning to your true Self.
“As the flame of a lamp in a windless place does not flicker, so is the disciplined mind of the yogi.” — Bhagavad Gita (6:19)
Today, give yourself permission to pause.
To breathe deeply.
To move with intention.
To release fear.
To awaken your energy.
To reconnect with the light that has always lived within you.
✨ Every inhale is a new beginning.
✨ Every exhale is an act of surrender.
✨ Every posture is a prayer.
Come exactly as you are.
Leave feeling grounded, peaceful, and renewed.
