The sunrise was spectacular today. We had a lot of rain during the retreat, but it worked to our advantage. It made us be wild women in the rain some of the times, and other times it made us go deep internal but today the sun was bright and sparkly new Hope and new beginning.

I have been blessing and cleansing my new Amazonite necklace for increasing the harmony within me and preparing for the Harmony retreat. I had a wonderful time wandering around Linnen And Flax during their grand opening of new renovations, for the clothing store. They moved their Decour down the street and now have clothing in the big store in the middle of Canton Street. I love all of it. It’s all my style. It’s a lot of fun to visit my old location and to see it and it’s full beauty. It was such a beautiful launch to be in the middle of Canton. Thank you Roswell for being so welcoming and launching Sacred mother healing center. ,Georgia

Network spinal analysis at the beach on a hanging bed. Yes can I say dream! Everyone just melted during their sessions. We saw the sunrise and meditated and re-organized our spines. Thank you for your beautiful photos. You are a true artist.

Living life with consciousness is so rewarding. Blessing everything with our intention brings magic to our life. I blessed these herbs and released them back into the earth with my intentions. With the things I am ready to release and the things I am ready to receive.

I was getting ready to send a message to one of my life coaching clients and I thought I would share it with all of you. Recently I had an overwhelming hormonal fear experience. In the moment my fear felt so real. I also felt the anger underneath the fear as I began to pray. My first experience was to just worry and then I started to think what are my steps to move me to happiness. I could feel how I did not want to move into happiness and that made me realize I better check to see if I have a feeling I need to pay attention to. So I looked inside to see what my resistance to happiness was and it was anger/frustration. I know that anger means action I have to take. God what action do I need to take? I then began to move into gratitude for my feelings talking to me. But don’t get me wrong I was still overwhelmed at this time as well. I then started to see the action I needed to take but it was not 100% clear. From there the feelings of overwhelmed emotions started to lift and I began to start praying for happiness. From there it was like a cloud lifted and I was able to be in peace in my body and faith that everything would work out even though I did not have all the solutions at the moment. To get a little personal this had to do with my marriage. I needed to confront my husband with some things but I did not know how to do it since I did not know how I was feeling. I also am aware I can get addicted to feeling upset as well. I have to catch these feelings quickly. I come from a past of trauma and I have to update my system frequently. Now I have a best friend nervous system. In the middle of the night I told my husband I can’t sleep and with kind beautiful gentle words I told him everything that was on my mind and he was so receptive. My heart opened and I felt God‘s love and God‘s miracles moving through. I then prayed for tomorrow to be fabulous and guess what it has been non-stop gifts and presents as always!
