What areas of your life feel more harmful than helpful to your peace?

Where can you make things easier?

Where can you add more joy?

How can you make your life more stable and secure?

This is how you make regulation sustainable ❤️

Don't do things that hurt your soul

And if external factors are hurting your soul, flex the agency you have - change your mindset

Do I LOVE taking care of my 90 year old diabetic blind deaf dog? No. Do I LOVE my 90 year old diabetic blind deaf dog? Yes 100%

I could be constantly frustrated by the time, money and energy it takes to care for her OR I could be so so so grateful for every moment I have left with her.

IDK about you, I prefer option #2

I support women’s rights, but more importantly, women’s wrongs... including refusing to calculate macros. Honestly, if that is a wrong I don't want to be right

Thank you for supporting my girl math, you are bae 🫶🏻

Tonight is the night!

For the past few months, I've been building something I've wished existed for years.

A place to learn how your nervous system actually works, why you get stuck in certain patterns, and what it takes to create lasting change without constantly trying to "fix" yourself.

Tonight, our founding Built to Regulate cohort begins. 💛

If you're watching this and thinking, "I wish I had joined," don't worry.

The next cohort won't open until October.

Join the waitlist now and you'll be the first to know when enrollment opens again.

Comment WAITLIST and I'll send you the link. ✨

Most people think overriding is something they do occasionally.

For many people, it's become a lifestyle.

Ignoring exhaustion.

Pushing through stress.

Saying yes when they mean no.

Convincing themselves they're "fine."

Over time, the body adapts.

Tight jaw.
Shallow breathing.
Shoulders that never fully relax.

Sunday dread.
An instant sense of overwhelm when you open your inbox.

Numbing with food, scrolling, shopping, or alcohol.

Getting sick the moment you finally slow down.

Your body is always keeping track of what your mind is trying to ignore.

And eventually, it asks for your attention.

Save this post for the next time you're tempted to call these things "normal." ✨

Week 1 isn't about fixing yourself.

It's about understanding yourself.

We map your nervous system.

You learn your dominant survival patterns and how they show up in your daily life.

You meet a group of people who have been experiencing many of the same struggles you have.

And for the first time, a lot of things start making sense.

Because what most people call flaws, failures, or personality traits are often adaptations.

Your nervous system found ways to help you survive.

Now it's time to understand them.

We start Monday. 💛

If you'd like to join the next cohort in October, comment WAITLIST and I'll send you the details.

We start in 4 days.

If you're joining the cohort, here's my advice:

Don't spend the next few days trying to become the perfect student.

Don't try to be more regulated before we begin.

Instead:

Get some sleep.

Eat some protein.

Tell one person you're doing this.

Let yourself feel whatever you're feeling about starting.

And then show up to Week 1 exactly as you are.

You do not need to arrive calm, healed, prepared, or "good" at this.

You just need to arrive.

If you're joining us, what's one thing you're looking forward to learning? 👇

⏰ Doors close at midnight!

If you've been thinking about joining, this is your reminder that waiting won't make you feel more ready.

The truth is that most people don't start healing, changing, or doing the thing because they suddenly become confident.

They start because they decide they're done staying stuck.

Built to Regulate is a 12-week nervous system cohort where we'll work through the foundations of regulation, build capacity, and create a life that feels safer to live inside of.

Enrollment closes tonight at midnight. After that, the next cohort won't open until October.

If you're ready to stop white-knuckling your way through stress and start understanding what your body has been trying to tell you, this is your chance.

Comment COHORT and I'll send you the details. ✨
